ABOUT OUR
BoMRA Board
Established by Section 6 of the MRSA, the Medicines Regulatory Board is the primary the governing structure responsible for setting the direction of the affairs and operations of the Authority. By Section 7 (1) of the MRSA, the Board consists of members appointed by the Minister of Health and Wellness, after consultation with the Minister of Agricultural Development and Food Security.
Health Services and the Director of Veterinary Services is an Ex-Officio member of the Board.  The Board is comprised of persons with expertise in law, pharmaceutical industry, business management, medicine, pharmacy and veterinary medicine.
The Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Health Services and the Director of Veterinary Services is an Ex-Officio member of the Board.
